Sergios Grigoriou, aka SERGIO, is a legendary drift athlete known for his dedication and will. An everlasting contestant and former champion, SERGIO constitutes a drift artist and a firmest pilot.

With his 900hp, 2003 BMW E46 M3 TURBO, he participates in the Pan-Cypriot championship organized by the Cyprus Automobile Association in cooperation with the POWER DRIFT CLUB CYPRUS. He also contests in international competitions organized overseas. He started drifting back in 2008.

After some training and amateur races, he decided to get into Drift, went to Japan and took part in lessons. What made him choose drift-racing, was the special way of driving and the “art” a driver may extract and create. He continues to run until today in Cyprus and overseas, always offering tremendous and unique experiences to spectators.

Sergios owns a skip-loader truck company. What makes him so admirable as an athlete, is the fact that he finds time to train, compete and be a constant favorite, despite that fact of him being a full-timer in his day job, which is full of demanding and exhausting duties.

What motivates him to drift as well as take part in races, is the feeling of tension, adrenaline while running, the competition and his desire to chase his goal, the first place. However, what he loves most about racing is when he succeeds, for making proud the people who support and help him with their presence, such as his family, friends and sponsors.

An unforgettable race for Sergios Grigoriou took place in 2021, when he participated in the DRIFT-KINGS-INTERNATIONAL race in Serres. He raced against top-level drivers from around the world, and managed to push his limits to take the first place.
